Michael Hart, Founder

Michael Hart got his start in IT at the administrative level, learning the fundamentals inside real organizations before moving into consulting with VMware. He later stepped into a leadership role at a global IT procurement firm, helping organizations design and purchase solutions that fit business needs, not just technical requirements.

Over time, he became frustrated by how slow and convoluted procurement can be. Decisions drag out, scope gets buried in contracts, and renewals become autopilot. Leaders end up paying for complexity without clear visibility into what’s covered and what’s at risk.
