Security is central to how Endpoint Solutions works with clients. This page summarizes how we handle information and protect the data you share with us.
We collect only the information needed to deliver an assessment or engagement — typically invoices, contracts, vendor and renewal details, and device or user counts. We do not require administrative access to your systems to begin work.
We use reputable, access-controlled tools for storage, scheduling, and communication. Access to client information is limited to those who need it to perform the work, and we retain information only as long as necessary for the engagement or as required by law.
We treat client information as confidential and can sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before reviewing sensitive documents. Our advice is vendor-neutral, and we are transparent about how we are compensated.
We recommend sharing information through secure channels and limiting the sensitive data you send to what is necessary. Please avoid emailing passwords or credentials; we will never ask for them in plain text.
